He has led global cybersecurity, fraud, and risk programs, managing large teams across multiple brands and geographies. Now as the co-founder of KASP Solutions, a cybersecurity consultancy based in Europe, he specializes in cybersecurity services, coaching, and mentoring. A former UK Metropolitan Police detective, Spencer is passionate about technology, innovation, and building high-performing teams. He established KASP Solutions as a means of connecting proven and very experienced security professionals to clients who seek high quality outcomes at a fair price.
Katarina is the co-founder, Partner and Business Operations lead at KASP Solutions, ensuring smooth operations across finance, HR, marketing, and sales. With a background in HR, she specialized in talent management, recruitment, and organizational development before transitioning into home design, blending aesthetics with functionality. She has also dedicated over a decade to voluntary work in youth sports and board leadership in the US and Sweden. At KASP Solutions, Katarina streamlines operations, drives strategic initiatives, and fosters a strong company culture, combining her business acumen and creative problem-solving skills to support the firm's growth.
Neena is a cybersecurity professional with over 22 years of experience in cybersecurity program development, risk management, governance, compliance, and GRC platform implementation. She has designed and implemented security processes to enhance organizational security posture, collaborating with diverse professionals and executives. Neena holds an MS in Legal Studies (Cybersecurity & Privacy) from Albany Law School and an MSCIS from Regis University, along with CISSP, CISM, and CRISC certifications. Passionate about mentorship and diversity in cybersecurity, she supports women in the field through Executive Women’s Forum and Salesforce Women in Security and has developed cybersecurity training for Girl Scouts of America.
Chris is a seasoned security leader with expertise in cybersecurity strategy, risk management, and team leadership, particularly in telecommunications. A UK Military veteran with 24 years of service, he has held leadership roles at major corporations, including Cable & Wireless, SKY, McKesson, and Booking.com. Chris specializes in building and revitalizing cybersecurity programs with a pragmatic, results-driven approach. As Chair of NSIE for CPNI, he has bridged government and industry security efforts. Now at KASP Solutions, he provides expert consultancy in IT security, business continuity, and disaster recovery, driving excellence in cybersecurity and organizational resilience.
Dan is a cybersecurity leader with over 20 years of experience in technology, information security, and privacy. He has served as CISO at RIPE NCC and Paramount EMEA and as a Cybersecurity Strategist at BlueVoyant. With expertise in security management, privacy, and cybersecurity procurement, he is CISSP, CISM, and CIPP certified. Passionate about protecting what matters, Dan is dedicated to optimizing security strategies and continuously learning to stay ahead in the evolving cybersecurity landscape.
Spencer Mott has served as a front line C(I)SO for some of the world’s largest corporations for the last 20 years. He recently retired as Group Chief Security Officer at Booking Holdings (NASDAQ:BKNG) and Booking.com. Booking Holdings is a global technology company with 25,000 employees and generating in excess of $19 billion in annual revenue. Booking Holdings brands operate in more than 200 countries providing travel, hospitality, search, e-commerce and financial services to a billion consumers.
In his role, which he held for 4.5 years, Spencer was responsible for leading the company’s global security, safety and fraud program, including cybersecurity, external fraud, information risk management, product software security, crisis management, customer and partner trust and safety, and corporate security. He led a team of nine Chief Information Security Officers and, at Booking.com over 550 security professionals and managed a program team responsible for cross-brand initiatives.
Prior to Booking Holdings, Spencer served as Senior Vice President and Global Chief Information Security Officer at McKesson (NYSE:MCK) from 2017 to 2019, and he rebuilt and revamped the company’s global cybersecurity program. From 2016 to 2017, he was Global Chief Information Officer at Amgen (NYSE:AMGN), wherein he was responsible for leading Amgen’s global information systems organization. Between 2012 to 2016, he was Global Chief Information Security Officer and Vice President of Cybersecurity, Architecture, Risk, and Engineering at Amgen.
From 2011 to 2012, Spencer served as Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer at Electronic Arts. His previous roles at the company include Senior Director of Information Security and Risk Management from 2008 to 2011 and Director of International Intellectual Property and Information Technology Security from 2003 to 2008. Before that, from 2000 to 2003, he was Director of Anti-Piracy Operations in the United Kingdom for the Federation Against Copyright Theft, and between 1985 and 1999, he served as a detective in the serious and organized crime group for the UK Metropolitan Police.
Since March 2024, Spencer has undertaken consulting assignments specializing in a broad range of cybersecurity services as well as coaching and mentoring established CISOs and aspiring security leaders. His company operated from Sweden where he has lived with his family. Spencer’s passion is building high performing teams and capabilities, technology, innovation, organizational transformation and strategy. He loves tackling complex challenges and thrives in creative, collaborative environments. Spencer is British, married with four grown up children and lives in Sweden.
Katarina Mott is an HR professional with a diverse background that spans human resources, home design, and voluntary work. Launching her career as an HR Business Partner, Katarina spent several years honing her skills in talent and employee engagement, recruitment, and organisational development.
Seeking to expand her creativity, Katarina transitioned into home building and design, where her keen eye for aesthetics merged seamlessly with practical design principles. In this capacity, she transformed living spaces into functional and beautiful homes. Additionally, Katarina has spent over 10 years in the voluntary sector, primarily in youth sports and as a board member, both in the US and Sweden.
